Chocolate Confetti

- 1/4 c butter (do not substitute margarine) shopping list
- 1/2 c peanut butter shopping list
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 8 oz bag mini coloured marshmallows shopping list
- 1/2 c peanuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan melt butter and peanut butter.
- Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Remove from heat and cool in pan until you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pan comfortably.
- Stir in all the marshmallows and peanuts if you are using and stir until completely coated.
- Pack into a 9x9 baking pan that has been lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate until set then cut into squares.
- Keep leftovers (if there are any!) in the fridge.
