- udon noodles shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into bitesize chunks shopping list
- 1/2 bag frozen broccoli bits shopping list
- 1/2 bag crinkle cut carrots shopping list
- 1/2 jar cocktail onions, drained shopping list
- 1 packet japanese, thai, or generally asian seasoning shopping list
- apple cider vinegar shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- peanut oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cook udon noodles according to package directions (approx 6 minutes)
- drain and set aside
- heat a bit of peanut oil in a skillet on the stove, medium high heat
- add frozen broccoli and carrots, cook for about 5 minutes (until thawed) stirring frequently
- add the red bell pepper chunks and cocktail onions
- add a splash of cider vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, and the seasoning packet, stir well
- cook until all ingredients are tender and beginning to brown (approx 5 - 10 more minutes, depending)
- serve veggie mixture on top of udon noodles, with more soy sauce to taste
