Veggie Mini Loaves

- 1 1/2 lean ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked shopping list
- One 8 oz. can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green or red bell pepper (a little extra is tasty) shopping list
- One 2 1/2-oz jar mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup (2-oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all ingredients except cheese
- mix well
- Shape to form 6 loaves.
- Place in shallow baking pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 Min. or until meat is done.
- Top loaves with cheese during the last 5 min. of baking.
