Veggie Mini Loaves Recipe
Instead of mini loaves, I put it all in a casserole dish and cook to 40-55 min.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
  • One 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped green or red bell pepper (a little extra is tasty)
  • One 2 1/2-oz jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup (2-oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients except cheese
  3. mix well
  4. Shape to form 6 loaves.
  5. Place in shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 Min. or until meat is done.
  7. Top loaves with cheese during the last 5 min. of baking.
  8. Nutrition Information: 1 loaf apx. 400 Calories
