How to make it

  • Heat oven to 180
  • Grease an ovenproof dish with the olive oil.
  • Chop shallots and sprinkle around bottom of dish
  • Arrange liver and bacon neatly on top
  • Cover with tinned tomatoes (juice and all)
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Cover and cook in a hot oven for 45 mins then remove lid and continue cooking for a further 15 mins
  • Serve with baked poratoe.
