For those who want ice cream, but who don't have an ice cream maker. Not as good as ice cream makers, but not to shabby either.

Ingredients
  • 1 13-oz evaporated milk
  • 2/3 cup Hershey's syrup
  • 2 cups cool whip or 1 pack Dream Whip

Directions
  1. Stir milk and chocolate into already whipped whipping cream
  2. freeze covered for 8 hours or so
