How to make it

  • Make the dressing following the package directions, using oil and vinegar. Use the orange juice instead of the water then set aside.
  • Preheat the grill at a high heat.
  • Oil the grill grate, lightly and grill the chicken 6-8 minutes on each side, (until juices run clear) Remove from the heat, cool, and cut into strips.
  • Combine the chicken, salad greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peas, and pecans. Add in the dressing, and toss to coat well.
