How to make it

  • Brown sausage in large skillet on med. heat. Drain sausage,
  • reserving 1 tblsp dripping in skillet.
  • Add chicken livers, onion, celery, garlic and pepper spice; cook
  • and stir till chicken livers are cooked through.
  • Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from
  • heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Then stir before serving. Serves 6.
