Ingredients
  • Dirty Rice
  • 1/4 pound sausage crumbled
  • 1/4 pound chicken livers, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 can (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups premiun rice uncooked
  • ENJOY!!!

Directions
  1. Brown sausage in large skillet on med. heat. Drain sausage,
  2. reserving 1 tblsp dripping in skillet.
  3. Add chicken livers, onion, celery, garlic and pepper spice; cook
  4. and stir till chicken livers are cooked through.
  5. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from
  6. heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Then stir before serving. Serves 6.
