Tuna Appetizer

- 1 cup susi grade tuna, diced fine shopping list
- 1/4 cup english cucumber, diced fine shopping list
- 1/4 cup avocado, diced fine shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dicon radish, diced fine shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tsp chile sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp green onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro, minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp toasted black sesamy seeds shopping list
- Garnish: shopping list
- wasabi paste shopping list
- Chile sauce shopping list
- pickled ginger shopping list
- radish sprouts or other sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and mix tuna, cucumber, dicon and avocado in a bowl.
- Mix ingredients for marinade.
- Pour marinade over tuna mixture.
- Let marinade for 10 min in fridge.
- Devide into heaps on 4 plates.
- Garnish each plate with a dollup of wasabi paste, a pinch of picled ginger, a drizzle of chile sauce and some radish sprouts over the heaps of tuna.
- Enjoy.
