Stuffed Cherry Peppers

- 2 jars (12-16 oz) pickled cherry peppers shopping list
- 1 bag cheese cubes (your choice) shopping list
How to make it
- Drain jar of peppers, remove the smaller, deflated looking ones.
- Using tip of knife mark an X on the bottom of each pepper.
- Squeese the peppers gently to remove excess seeds.
- Place 1 cube of cheese into each pepper.
- Serve cold.
