Stuffed Cherry Peppers Recipe
These green and red beauties color the Holiday buffet perfectly. Plus, cherry peppers come with thier own easy pick up handles. (Stems) Making these kinda fun to eat. You can squeeze in a bit of mustard or ranch dressing before adding cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 jars (12-16 oz) pickled cherry peppers
  • 1 bag cheese cubes (your choice)

Directions
  1. Drain jar of peppers, remove the smaller, deflated looking ones.
  2. Using tip of knife mark an X on the bottom of each pepper.
  3. Squeese the peppers gently to remove excess seeds.
  4. Place 1 cube of cheese into each pepper.
  5. Serve cold.
