Neapolitan Sundaes

- 1c strawberries, sliced shopping list
- 1/4c chocolate chips, reduced-fat shopping list
- 4 (1oz) slices angel food cake shopping list
- 1 1/3c frozen yogurt, vanilla, non-fat shopping list
How to make it
- Place strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
- Place chocolate chips in a small zip-top plastic bag, and crush with a meat mallet or rolling pin
- Drizzle strawberry puree evenly on 4 plates, and place cake slices on top of puree. Top each with 1/3 cup frozen yougurt, and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon crushed chocolate chips.
- Per serving: 193 calories; 10% from fat.
