This is a great chowder that young and old will enjoy. I have received many compliments and have converted non corn chowder fans.

Ingredients
  • 1 LB Bacon cut up into 1' pieces
  • 1 bag Frozen O'brian potatoes (cubed with peppers & onions)
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 large can creme of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups frozen corn (optional)

Directions
  1. Fry bacon until almost crisp.
  2. Add O'Brians to bacon and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients into a crock pot.
  4. Add the bacon and potatoes into the crockpot.
  5. Cook covered on high for 4 hours.
  6. Great served with hard crusted bread!
