Vegetable Pizza Recipe
Healthy but very yummy! Great as an appetizer, a light lunch, or just a snack while watching sports!

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs crescent rolls (8 rolls each)
  • 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix (e.g. Hidden Valley)
  • 1 10-oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • vegetables of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, tomato, onion, etc) and mushrooms if desired

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Chop all vegetables into small pieces (or use food processor) and keep in separate bowls.
  3. Spread crescent rolls out next to each other on cookie sheet, covering entire surface to make a flat crust.
  4. Bake crust for 7-10 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. Allow crust to cool before adding toppings.
  6. In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, mayo, and ranch dressing mix.
  7. Spread on cooled crust.
  8. Top with chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
  9. Cut into small bars and enjoy! :)
  10. *Note: Leftovers must be refrigerated.
