Florentine Crab and Bean Soup

- 2 (14 oz.) cans ready to serve vegetable broth shopping list
- 6 oz. pkg. Florentine beans with Bow Ties OR 1-1/2 cups bow tie pasta shopping list
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 onions, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 6 oz. can crabmeat, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in package contents of the bean and pasta mix (or just pasta and your own seasonings, if using that), carrot, onion, garlic, undrained tomatoes, and pepper. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes until pasta is tender. Gently stir in crabmeat and heat for another 5 minutes. Top each serving with Parmesan cheese
