this will change your view on every thing you make. you can use this sauce to make any meat, even mince

Ingredients
  • 4-6 piece of chicken
  • 250ml chutney
  • 200ml mayonnaise
  • 50ml tomato sauce
  • 20ml worchester sauce of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet of brown onion soup powder (optional - but it sure makes it even better)

Directions
  1. clean chicken pieces
  2. mixed all other ingredients in a pot
  3. add to chicken
  4. put on stove and cook until chicken is soft and cooked through
  5. serve with brownrice, vegetables and baked patatoes.
  6. this can also be made in an oven dish in the oven
