Mexixali steak supper

- 1/4 cup smokes chipotleflavored light maynonnaise, like GourMayo shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper, like McCormick shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. London broil shopping list
- 2 ears corn, husks and silks removed shopping list
- 2 scallions, sliced shopping list
- 2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 tbs. lime juice shopping list
- 1 tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill.
- In a bowl, combine maynonaise and pepper, brush on steak.
- Grill 10 min., or until thermometer reads 140 degrees F for medium, turning once.
- Let sit 5 min.
- Grill corn 1o min., or until golden, turning; cut kernels.
- Combine cornand remaining ingredents; serve over steak.
