Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup smokes chipotleflavored light maynonnaise, like GourMayo
  • 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper, like McCormick
  • 1 1/2 lbs. London broil
  • 2 ears corn, husks and silks removed
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbs. lime juice
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Heat grill.
  2. In a bowl, combine maynonaise and pepper, brush on steak.
  3. Grill 10 min., or until thermometer reads 140 degrees F for medium, turning once.
  4. Let sit 5 min.
  5. Grill corn 1o min., or until golden, turning; cut kernels.
  6. Combine cornand remaining ingredents; serve over steak.
  7. ENJOY
