Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
This is like a creamy no-bake cheesecake, with yummy pineapple and pecan bits mixed in. I have to lick the beaters when I'm done!!! Even tastes good frozen!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked
  • 8oz. cream cheese
  • 20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. pecan chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large or 2 small cool whip
  • 3 c. confectioner's sugar

Directions
  1. Bake pie shells as directed and set aside to cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar.
  4. Fold in cool whip and mix until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and stir in crushed pineapple.
  6. Add pecan chips and stir until evenly distributed throughout mixture.
  7. Pour into cooled pie shells and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
