Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked

8oz. cream cheese

20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

1 c. pecan chips

1 tsp. vanilla

1 large or 2 small cool whip

3 c. confectioner's sugar

Directions

Bake pie shells as directed and set aside to cool.

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Gradually add powdered sugar.

Fold in cool whip and mix until smooth.

Add vanilla and stir in crushed pineapple.

Add pecan chips and stir until evenly distributed throughout mixture.

Pour into cooled pie shells and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
