Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

- 2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked shopping list
- 8oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1 c. pecan chips shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 large or 2 small Cool Whip shopping list
- 3 c. confectioner's sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Bake pie shells as directed and set aside to cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar.
- Fold in cool whip and mix until smooth.
- Add vanilla and stir in crushed pineapple.
- Add pecan chips and stir until evenly distributed throughout mixture.
- Pour into cooled pie shells and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
