Granola Recipe
This is a terrific granola to eat with yogurt or milk for breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 3 C rolled oats
  • 6 T Brown Sugar (you can use less or even leave this out)
  • 1 C Cashews
  • 1 C Almond slivers
  • 3/4 C Coconut
  • 1/4 C virgin coconut oil
  • 6 T grade B Maple Syrup

Directions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir well.
  2. Spread out on large baking pan that has sides and bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes* stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and then add dried fruit - dates, cranberries, raisins, etc. (I like golden raisins and dried cherries).
