- 3 C rolled oats shopping list
- 6 T brown sugar (you can use less or even leave this out) shopping list
- 1 C cashews shopping list
- 1 C almond slivers shopping list
- 3/4 C coconut shopping list
- 1/4 C virgin coconut oil shopping list
- 6 T grade B maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dry ingredients together, then add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir well.
- Spread out on large baking pan that has sides and bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes* stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and then add dried fruit - dates, cranberries, raisins, etc. (I like golden raisins and dried cherries).
