Strawberry-Lemonade Fizz

This drink uses frozen strawberries instead of ice to provide the slush content that is so crucial in summer beverages, especially in very hot climates. This is a gorgeous cocktail that will make even designated drivers feel greatly loved.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar, or to taste shopping list
- 3 cups 7-up or Sprite shopping list
- Slices of lime, for garnish shopping list
- fresh strawberries, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Sugar-frost the rims of 6 highball glasses, and fill them halfway with ice. In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Purée the mixture until smooth and slushy. Strain into a large pitcher and add the 7-Up. Mix well, garnish with the lime and strawberries, and serve in the prepared glasses.
