How to make it

  • Slice 4-potatoes and place on an oiled sheet of foil along with 1/4 of the onions and season with salt and pepper
  • Add 1 T. butter and sprinkle with some oil.
  • Wrap tightly-allowing for some room to lightly steam and crisp.
  • Place on at the same time as the grouper. Turn frequently to allow the butter and oil to mix with the potatoes and onions.
