Rocky Top Burger Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix beef, salt, pepper and garlic together
  • Shape into 2 large thin patties (to fit a 9" pie pan)
  • Place one patty in a metal pie pan
  • Spread on mustard and cover with onion
  • Place second patty on top of first
  • Put under broiler and lightly brown both sides
  • Cover and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 50 minutes
