Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, round or chuck

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. prepared mustard

2 c. onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Mix beef, salt, pepper and garlic together

Shape into 2 large thin patties (to fit a 9" pie pan)

Place one patty in a metal pie pan

Spread on mustard and cover with onion

Place second patty on top of first

Put under broiler and lightly brown both sides

Cover and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 50 minutes
