A twist on guacamole. Don't remember where I found this one, but it's good!

Ingredients
  • 2 c. fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 c. light sour cream
  • 1-2 tblsp minced onion
  • 1 tblsp. fat free mayo
  • 2-3 tblsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Assorted veggies or tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Cook and chill broccoli
  2. Put in blender with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Process till smooth
  4. Chill several hours.
