Lemon Parmesan Toasted Almond Brussels Sprouts

- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen Brussels sprouts shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Cook brussels sprouts according to directions, omitting salt, drain
- Place brussels sprouts in shallow 2 quart casserole, keep warm
- Melt butter
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery salt
- Whisk until smooth
- Cook over medium heat until hot, stirring constantly (do not boil)
- Pour sauce over sprouts
- Sprinke with cheese and almonds
