Ingredients
  • 1 & 1/2 lbs ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp. ground sage
  • 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (finely diced)
  • 1/2 tbs. Honey
  • Juice of one lemon

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, form into3/4 inch thick patties. In a cast iron skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage until center is no longer pink.
  2. Enjoy!
