Haven't figured out the reason for the "Surprise" in the title yet. HAHAHA! May be it's the nuts involved? Oh well........ it be good any"chow.": )

Ingredients
  • 1 c. red cabbage, julienned
  • 1 c. green cabbage, julienned
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/2 c. cooked turkey, chicken, or ham, julienned
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • Prepared mustard
  • Sea salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients
  2. Add mustard
  3. Salt & pepper to taste
  4. Garnish with pecan halves
