  • 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. powdered mustard
  • Dash of cayenne

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a 1 quart jar and cover tightly. Shake until thoroughly blended. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. makes 2 cups
