Homeade Cream Cheese icing.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup solid white vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 4 Tbsps water
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Wilton Meringue Powder
  • 8oz cream cheese

Directions
  1. Cream shortening.
  2. Add water and flavor, mix.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix on medium.
  4. Add cream cheese, mix.
  5. Blend an additional minute until creamy.
