How to make it

  • Thaw and squeeze excess liquid from spinach.
  • Combine with rest of ingredients.
  • At this point put it in a container and let it sit in the fridge for a day or two.
  • Just before serving, cut a slice off the top of the loaf and remove the inside of the loaf. Cut top and inside in pieces.
  • Put dip into hollowed out loaf.
  • Put dip on a pretty plate surrounded by the bread pieces and use them to dip.
  • This is also excellent with Wheat Thins!
