This creamy chicken recipe is perfect for any garlic lover!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Melt butter in medium heat and add garlic
  2. Cook garlic for a few minutes, then increase heat and add chicken
  3. Mix together and add sour cream
  4. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly and sauce has slightly reduced
  5. Add parsley and salt and pepper and mix
  6. Serve over pasta or rice
