Ingredients
  • 1 C. frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. chocolate whey powder
  • 1/2 C. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 C. 1% milk
  • 1 tsp. ground flax
  • 1 Tb. chocolate syrup
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Mix all other ingredients well before adding ice for a smoother consistency. Then add ice and blend some more.
