Easy Chicken Pie

- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, (I use a 1 pound bag) shopping list
- 1 med. potato, cubed and peeled shopping list
- I pkg of 2 refrigerator piecrusts (let stand until room temperature to unroll easily) shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 bag of frozen Morning Star Meal Starters Chik'n Strips, diced and sauteed for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly heated. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potato cubes in enough water to barely cover until nearly tender, then add vegetables and cook until tender, drain. Mix chik'n and veggies.
- Bake bottom crust as directed and fill with heated ingredients, add top crust and bake in 350 oven 10 minutes or until brown. Enjoy
- Note:
- When I made this before I went back to being a vegetarian, I used about 2 boneless,skinless chicken breasts, diced and sauteed and I used cream of chicken soup. Also, if you want a really quick meal, you could just heat up canned veggies and add to the chicken.
