Buckeye Candy

Tastes like a crunchy Reese's Peanut Butter cup. I've tried lots of Buckeye recipes, but this recipe from my aunt is the best I've ever had.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crunchy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 pound (3 1/2 cups) fine confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal shopping list
- 1 stick butter or good quality margarine, melted shopping list
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/3 paraffin bar shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine peanut butter, 2 cups confectioners' sugar and cereal, mixing well.
- Add butter and remaining powered sugar until well blended.
- Shape into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Melt together chocolate chips & paraffin wax in double boiler.
- Use toothpick to dip balls in chocolate to coat halfway and place on waxed paper to harden.
- These also make a great frozen treat.
