How to make it

  • Brown chorizo in butter.
  • Beat eggs with a fork with salt and pepper.
  • Beat until eggs can pass through fork without sticking to it.
  • Melt butter in hot frying pan then pour in eggs.
  • Stir with a fork at the same time shaking pan until eggs start to set.
  • Add fried chorizo.
  • When eggs are set fold over and cook until eggs are cooked through.
