How to make it
- Brown chorizo in butter.
- Beat eggs with a fork with salt and pepper.
- Beat until eggs can pass through fork without sticking to it.
- Melt butter in hot frying pan then pour in eggs.
- Stir with a fork at the same time shaking pan until eggs start to set.
- Add fried chorizo.
- When eggs are set fold over and cook until eggs are cooked through.
