Cheddar Turkey Wrap Melt Recipe

A tasty, southwestern style melted turkey and cheddar wrap. Kind of like a little pizza!

Ingredients
- 1 low carb "buritto size" tortilla (10g net carbs - missionfoods.com)
- plain deli turkey, sliced thin
- sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 small tomato, diced
- taco sauce, "medium"
Directions
- You will need a George Foreman grill to make these:

- preheat grill
- place turkey on center of tortilla
- add diced tomato (optional), cheddar cheese and taco sauce
- fold opposite sides towards center
- fold bottom side half up, then roll up
- cook on George Foreman grill for 5 minutes
- cut in half and serve (let cool slightly, it will be hot!)

Great recipe!!! If you don't have a George Forman grill these work well in a hot cast iron skillet. I do this to burritos I make for my grandkids to make it easier for them to handle.
