Cheddar Turkey Wrap Melt Recipe

	wrap southwestern turkey lowcarb taco tomato cheddar melt

Place ingredients on

Grill for 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 low carb "buritto size" tortilla (10g net carbs - missionfoods.com)

plain deli turkey, sliced thin

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 small tomato, diced

taco sauce, "medium"

Directions

You will need a George Foreman grill to make these:

preheat grill

place turkey on center of tortilla

add diced tomato (optional), cheddar cheese and taco sauce

fold opposite sides towards center

fold bottom side half up, then roll up

cook on George Foreman grill for 5 minutes

cut in half and serve (let cool slightly, it will be hot!)

Great recipe!!! If you don't have a George Forman grill these work well in a hot cast iron skillet. I do this to burritos I make for my grandkids to make it easier for them to handle.
