spaghetti cabanora collins style

a simple way to make this tasty meal,consisting of bacon,onions,eggs and cheese,and of course spaghetti
Ingredients
- spaghetti,as much as you think you will need for 2 people shopping list
- 1x large onion finely chopped shopping list
- 8 rashers of bacon cut into thin strips shopping list
- 2oz of butter shopping list
- 6x eggs wisked up shopping list
- 8oz of your favorite cheese grated,mix into the eggs shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- cook the spaghetti and refresh in cold water,i use the quick cook stuff for speed
- fry the onion,bacon in a none stick pan till coloured,in the butter
- add a pinch of black pepper
- add the spaghetti ,stir till hot
- add the cheese egg mix and stir together cook gently don`t over cook
- serve straight away sprinkled with chopped parsley and crusty bread
- very filling but i hope you like it.regards
