Orange Cranberry Apple Horseradish Hot Mustard Recipe
Very tasty, glorified, hot mustard. Very versatile. Especially good on pork, chicken, turkey. Gives a kick to the buffet table. Great on crackers, as well as meats! Easy, easy!

Ingredients
  • 1 jar apple jelly, about 10 ounces
  • 1 jar orange marmalade, about 12 ounces
  • 1 jar cream style horseradish
  • 1-6 ounce jar prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries OR
  • 1/2 cup cranberry relish ( I make my own)

Directions
  1. Combine horseradish and mustard in bowl, using a whisk
  2. In another bowl combine apple jelly and orange marmalade, whisk
  3. Combine horseradish-mustard with jelly-marmalade
  4. Add dried cranberries or cranberry relish last
  5. NOTE: Can combine all ingredients, except cranberries in electric blender or mixer until smooth, adding dried cranberries or cranberry relish last.
  6. MAY BE SERVED HOT OR COLD--STORE IN JARS IN REFRIGERATOR
