Holiday Festive Date Raisin Pecan Tarts

- 3/4 cup chopped raisins (have made without chopping) shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped dates shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- juice and rind of 1 lemon shopping list
- 6 or 8 uncooked tart shells shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients
- Spoon into uncooked tart shells
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
- Cool
- When ready to serve, top with sweetened whipped cream
- NOTE: Can use bought pie crust, and cut to fit tart pans OR can be made with purchased tart shells
