How to make it
- Cut Potatoes in half then slice in wedges about 5-6 per potato.
- place them in a oiled baking tray.
- cover with rosemary, chopped garlic, peppercorn, red pepper and salt. pour olive oil over it.
- Serve topped with, Sour Cream and fresh green onions and pastured-grazed white cheddar.
- I use "Benissimo" Mediteranian garlic olive oil.
