How to make it

  • Cut Potatoes in half then slice in wedges about 5-6 per potato.
  • place them in a oiled baking tray.
  • cover with rosemary, chopped garlic, peppercorn, red pepper and salt. pour olive oil over it.
  • Serve topped with, Sour Cream and fresh green onions and pastured-grazed white cheddar.
  • I use "Benissimo" Mediteranian garlic olive oil.

  • i served this as a side for vegetarian chilly over rice.

    I made this for myself one night not too long ago (1 potato for me) since I love garlic and I have tons of rosemary. Had to make some modifications due to my dietary problems but still tasty!
