Ingredients
  • 3 cups of lighty stewed apple
  • 2tbs brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon, mix togeather
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup castor sugar
  • 6 tbs self-raising flour

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180. Grease 21 cm square oven dish or 6 individual ramekins.
  2. Mix apple, brown sugar/ cinnamon and essence togeather, stirring to mix thoughly.
  3. Place in dish or ramekins.
  4. Beat eggs adding castor sugar slowly until thick and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in flour. Pour over apples.
  6. Bake for 45 - 55 min for the larger dish - 25 to 30 mins for the ramekins.
  7. Dust with icing sugar.
