This a great snack for kids. It freezes like a dream and is more cost effective and tastier than those frozen things they sell in the stores.They are great to make with the kids.

Ingredients
  • 12 bagels (each bagel will make 2 pizzas) I use bagel bread
  • Jar of pizza sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions
  1. Cut bagels in half.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on each half. (As thick or thin as you want).
  3. Add beef or pepperoni or both.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted.
  6. To freeze: Cool completely and freeze flat. When completely frozen, you can then bag in a Ziploc bag to have individual servings.
