Guacamole Recipe Babydumpling / All my dishes

An easy , make-ahead appetizer or side. Really a personal preference. I do hope you enjoy. : )

Ingredients
  • 4 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped and drained
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T. mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Place the avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season to taste with the salt. Cover with plastic wrap touching the entire surface of the guacamole, removing all the air to prevent darkening. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the tortilla chips.
