Strawberries Madagasgar Royal Caribbean Recipe

	Mellian / All my dishes 2 years, 2 months ago This recipe was part of a cooking demonsration I attended last year on a Royal Caribbiean cruise. For the utter simplicity of the recipe, it is stunning in flavor complexity. Alcohol will cook off, so it can be served to your family. Prep:15m Cook:10m Servings:4	Mellian
	strawberries brandy grand marnier

Ingredients

pat of unsalted butter

1 lb sliced strawberries

2 oz brown sugar

1 oz brandy

1 oz Grand Marnier

1 oz madagascar pepper, ground

Directions

Clean and slice the strawberries

Melt butter and add the brown sugar. Carmelize the sugar and butter.

Add strawberries and pepper and simmer.

Add brandy and Grand Marnier and simmer.

Serve over vanilla ice cream.
