Maize souffle

- 1 can (1 lb. ) cream style corn shopping list
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup salted cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated onion shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 small jar pimento, (optional ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Slightly butter the bottom and sides of an 8 by 8 baking dish, set aside.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except the margarine.
- Dot the top of the souffle with the melted margarine, and bake for one hour.
