Black beans cuminand cilantro

- olive oil shopping list
- 1 8oz can of black beans, drained shopping list
- 1 8oz can of kidney beans, drained (or another can of black beans, drained) shopping list
- 1/8th to 1/4th tsp of cumin - to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- cilantro to add at the end shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat skillet over medium high heat.
- Add about 2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil to pan
- When pan is read put the beans in and stir.
- Add cumin.
- Add salt.
- When beans are thoroughly heated through, turn off heat.
- Directly after the pan is turned off, add a good amount of cilantro.
- I like cilantro, so I add a lot. It gives it a wonderfully cool flavor.
