How to make it

  • Preheat skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add about 2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil to pan
  • When pan is read put the beans in and stir.
  • Add cumin.
  • Add salt.
  • When beans are thoroughly heated through, turn off heat.
  • Directly after the pan is turned off, add a good amount of cilantro.
  • I like cilantro, so I add a lot. It gives it a wonderfully cool flavor.
