I am not a fan of meatloaf but this one is good and doesnt have ketchup.

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 package of saltines
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. MIx ground chuck with other ingredients put in small loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
