How to make it

  • Toss cabbage, grated carrots, celery, golden raisins and sunflower seeds together.
  • Mix yogurt into pineapple and reserved juice.
  • Stir yogurt mixture into the slaw mix.
  • Chill and allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving.

    Thank you!!! I think it is! I made this and my Sunshine carrot salad frequently when I was on a "diet" many years ago and loved both. I used what I like in them and merrily ate away. There might be sweetness to it but the veggies and fruits are so good for you! What a way to go...veggies, fruit, dairy and nuts to boot!
