Chile Chipotle Butter

- ½ cup salted butter, room temperature shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp finely chopped chipotle chilies in adobo sauce shopping list
- ½ tsp chili powder shopping list
- ½ tsp freshly squeezed lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Allow to stand at least 30 minutes before using, to allow flavors to develop.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

This stuff is awesome. I make it and use it on t-bone steaks. I do use more chiles, because I like it spicy!
