Ingredients
  • 1 12-14 inch pizza crust (Namaste has a great gluten-free pizza crust mix)
  • 1 jar pizza sauce (such as Ragu)
  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • 1 bell pepper (preferably not green), chopped
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) roasted diced mild green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 to 1.5 cups shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese (Kraft is a good brand)
  • 4 to 5 slices reduced-fat Provolone cheese (such as Sargento-comes in 10 slices)
  • 1/2 cup fresh sliced basil

Directions
  1. Prepare crust according to directions
  2. Add sauce to crust (we like extra sauce, so I use a lot)
  3. Sprinkle sauce with Italian seasoning or oregano to taste
  4. Add bell pepper through mushrooms
  5. Sprinkle veggies with fat-free mozzarella cheese
  6. Top mozzarella by evenly placing Provolone slices on the pizza (there will be some bare spaces)
  7. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes
