How to make it

  • Melt butter in GLASS baking dish.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk.
  • Pour over melted butter.
  • DO NOT STIR.
  • Spoon fruit over batter mix (do not stir).
  • Bake in oven 350 degrees until golden brown on top.

    This is a great recipe. My parents are from the south and they call this a lazy cobbler. Works great when blackberries too.
