This is the best peach cobbler that I have ever had, and it is VERY easy to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspooon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large can peaches (drained)

Directions
  1. Melt butter in GLASS baking dish.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk.
  3. Pour over melted butter.
  4. DO NOT STIR.
  5. Spoon fruit over batter mix (do not stir).
  6. Bake in oven 350 degrees until golden brown on top.

This is a great recipe. My parents are from the south and they call this a lazy cobbler. Works great when blackberries too.
