Maple Fudge

- 2 c maple syrup shopping list
- 3/4 c cream (10%) shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- Liberally grease an 8 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan bring to a boil the maple syrup, cream, and butter.
- Boil, uncovered, until a drop in cold water forms a soft ball(236-238 degrees F).
- Remove from heat and cool until lukewarm without stirring.
- Beat until creamy then turn into baking pan.
- Let set then cut into squares.
- Beautiful on a holiday tray if they last that long!
