This is a must to try, it doesn't really sound like it would be that good, but let me tell you, I've made it several times since the recipe was given to me by a friend and it's been a family favorite from the first time I made it, you can't taste the... More

Ingredients
  • Frozen Mixed Veggies (regular size package)
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 package of frozen Corn (regular size package)
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • Mix all together. Pour in greased casserole dish.
  • Topping:
  • 1 tube of crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 to 1 stick melted Oleo

Directions
  1. Mix all together. Pour in greased casserole dish.
  2. Topping:
  3. 1 tube of crushed Ritz Crackers
  4. 1/2 to 1 stick melted Oleo
  5. Mix together and Pat over top of Veggies
  6. Bake at 350* for 25-30 Minutes
